Experience and/or training involving golf course maintenance, turf management, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
Must maintain, possess or attain a valid CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
Physical And Sensory Requirements / Environmental Factors
Must possess (or obtain within fourteen (14) days of hire) and maintain a valid Florida driver's license.
High School Diploma or valid equivalent.
Position will not exceed 29.5 hours per week and will require working holidays and weekends.

Overview A Lead Greenskeeper is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of golf courses, parks, and other outdoor recreational areas. They are in charge of supervising a team of greenskeepers and ensuring that all grounds are kept in top condition. They may also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of their team, as well as providing training and guidance. Detailed Job Description The Lead Greenskeeper is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of golf courses, parks, and other outdoor recreational areas. They are in charge of supervising a team of greenskeepers and ensuring that all grounds are kept in top condition. This includes mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, and watering the grass, as well as maintaining the sand traps, bunkers, and other features of the course. They may also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of their team, as well as providing training and guidance. Job Skills Required
• Supervisory experience
