The Lead Corporate Accountant is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Lead Corporate Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a company, including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis. The Lead Corporate Accountant is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Lead Corporate Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger. The Lead Corporate Accountant will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing and monitoring budgets, and providing financial advice and guidance to management. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience with financial software systems

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of internal control systems
• Knowledge of financial software systems
