You have proven experience as a manager at a landscape services company.

You are familiar with financial and budget management.

Strong communication skills with the client, team, coordinator, and operations manager

You are passionate about the landscape industry and experienced in the realms of maintenance, installation, irrigation, and/or pest control.

You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3 years of experience in landscape services

Repair sod and landscaping when needed

Oversee and delegate work to crew

Keep track of and effectively communicate on work completion and future jobs

In charge of getting truck and trailer loaded with needed supplies every morning

Must keep truck maintained and functioning

Must have a valid driver's license

Essential Task & Responsibilities: Account Management:

Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)

Commercial Landscape Account Management: 2 years (Required)

Must have strong knowledge in lawn maintenance, plant material and horticultural practices.

Strong communication and problem resolution skill

Salary based on experience + incentive commission programs
