Manage the process of new lease purchase payments and accurately maintain the documentation log for up-to-date accuracy

Professionally communicate with external contacts including county clerks, partners, and owners on behalf of Grayson Mill Energy

5+ years of experience in a Land Administration role (Oil & Gas/Exploration & Production)

Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills while remaining conscious of deadlines

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and time management skills.

Excellent problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Possess strong negotiation and drafting skills; as well as, experience recognizing, analyzing, and resolving difficult negotiating situations.

Petroleum Land Management, Energy Management, Energy Commerce, Business, or an advanced degree in Law (J.D.) or MBA from accredited institutions

Serve as lead negotiator and project manager for land transactions.

Minimum 5 years of industry land representative related experience.

Manage and update project budgets

Work on projects as delegated by the manager

Assist with all aspects of land development, acquisitions and land/lot purchases

Oversee file, setup, distribution and maintenance

Coordinate and secure HUD approval for specific projects

Generate purchase orders for land acquisition feasibility work and land development work
