The Lakeland Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the roofing department. This includes managing the staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. The Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling and assigning work to staff, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
