Checks slopes as instructed for conformance to requirements using levels or lasers

General knowledge of trench and utilities site safety

Experience with grading trenches and operation of laser leveling systems is preferred

Preferred high school diploma or GED with 6 months of verifiable experience in the utilities industry.

Ability to reach above head and at 6-inches with fine and gross motor skills

High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combinations of training and experience

**All full-time, non-union employees are eligible for the following benefits (including full-time interns; part-time interns are excluded)

Carrying, handling, assembling, and installing materials

Operate general carpentry and hand tools (i.e. drills, tape measure, power saws, etc.)

Keeping a safe and clean work environment

The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos

Experienced candidates will be placed according to union contract salary of $37.43 per hour.
