A Day in The Life of a Technical Services Supervisor

What's in It for You?

Proven management experience (3+ years)

Technical experience in telecommunications or networking (5+ Years)

Advanced knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and other security appliances

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Base Salary of $90,000+ (based on experience)

Resolves client inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner by consulting with the Manager.

Requires at minimum an Associate degree and certification as a Medical Lab Technician

Prior supervisor experience managing several direct reports preferred

Experience in a high volume working environment

Knowledge of quality assurance practices and procedures
