You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lab, developing and implementing new research protocols, and overseeing the safety and compliance of the lab. A Lab Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of a laboratory. They are responsible for the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures, as well as the supervision of laboratory personnel. They must also ensure that the laboratory meets all safety and regulatory requirements.
