Overview A Kitchen Utility Worker is responsible for providing support to the kitchen staff by performing a variety of tasks related to food preparation and clean-up. They are responsible for ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Detailed Job Description The Kitchen Utility Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to food preparation and clean-up. This includes washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, and organizing and stocking kitchen supplies. They may also be responsible for prepping ingredients, setting up and breaking down the kitchen, and helping with food preparation. The Kitchen Utility Worker must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. Job Skills Required• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
