Junior Pc Support Technician Jobs in California

Manage shipping and receiving of equipment and keeping inventory counts. (warehouse exp- very nice to have)

Provide direct installation, diagnostic and problem resolution for all personal computer (PC) hardware, related PC peripheral devices, software and network services.

ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing system

Reimage VDI terminals (nice to have)

3+ years' experience in similar role

High level of communication skills

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

Interact with external auditors, internal auditors, and other senior plc management as needed.

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent of experience and education.

What Key Skills and Experience Do I Need

Knowledge of and ability to operate and troubleshoot workgroup printers, and multifunction printers.

Knowledge of personal computers and Windows operating systems.

Knowledge of iOS and Andriod Phones.
