C++ knowledge and demonstrated knowledge of good software engineering practices

Experience with the Unreal Engine

Experience working on multi-discipline teams (art, design, QA, programmers)

Knowledge of the art side of game development

Strong organizational skills and project management ability

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management in both written and verbal form.
