Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:

Understanding of qualitative research methods (both primary and secondary techniques), working knowledge of statistical analysis

Demonstrated ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple assignments or projects simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to take a wealth of data from a multitude of sources to formulate clear and concise conclusions and recommendations

Adept at rapid quantitative analysis, troubleshooting MS Excel when necessary, to produce timely and accurate analyses and results

Coordinate calendars and logistics for calls, meetings, and HQ visits with public company management teams

Manage Outlook calendars for earnings call invites by monitoring and updating earnings call details across distribution lists

Act as vendor relationship manager for all existing and new research subscriptions, contracts, and association memberships

Coordinate strategy marketing binders quarterly and manage the deliverables spreadsheet for Investment Research, Trading, and Client Development teams

A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience

Demonstrated organizing, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Strong project management and prioritization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Docs

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Basic understanding of marketing research methods and techniques ideal, but not required

Must have completed at least 1 year of college

GPA of 3.2 or higher
