Junior Landscape Architect Jobs in Washington

Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university, with 4-8 years’ experience as a licensed landscape architect.

Must be proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite. Additional technical skills preferred, such as SketchUp.

Assist with precedent and visioning studies.

Assists in the implementation of design concepts primarily for multi-family residential exterior spaces and physical environments.

Creates color plans, renderings, project elevations, perspectives, and presentation boards for client and other misc. meetings.

Works closely with the project team to support the construction administration phase with responding to RFI’s, submittal reviews, ASI’s and PR’s.

4+ years of landscape design experience required, with specialized experience in irrigation and/or sports field design preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, Sketchup, Photoshop, and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Evaluate and comprehend site conditions including grading and drainage, soils, horticulture, buildings, and roads.

Prepare and/or assist in preparing scale drawings and contract documents for contractors.

Contribute to and participate in projects from inception to completion.

Ability to take initiative and stay organized while managing multiple projects or tasks.
