Overview A Junior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Junior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Junior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Assisting with employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews
• Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, vacation, and sick leave
• Assisting with training and development initiatives, such as new employee orientation and employee development programs
• Maintaining employee records and files
• Assisting with payroll and other administrative tasks
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
