Experience with statistical modeling tools using R, Python, or SAS

1+ years of Strong SQL querying experience both creating and updating and stored procedures

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desire to improve and expand analytical and data visualization skills with new technology

Builds and analyzes statistical models and reproducible data processing pipelines using knowledge of best practices.

Experience programming cancer terminologies and ontologies.

Experience managing data from clinical trials.

Experience with clinical terminologies and ontologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD, etc.).

Experience with cancer terminologies and ontologies (NCIt, ICD-O, etc.).

Knowledge of biomedical common data models (SDTM, OMOP, PCORNet, etc.).
