This includes managing the liquidity of the firm’s balance sheet, as well as executing and managing short-term funding and trading activities. Detailed Job Description A Junior Funding and Short Duration Trader is responsible for executing and managing short-term funding and trading activities in the financial markets. This includes managing the liquidity of the firm’s balance sheet, as well as executing and managing short-term funding and trading activities. The Junior Funding and Short Duration Trader will be responsible for monitoring the market for short-term funding opportunities, executing trades, and managing the firm’s liquidity. The Junior Funding and Short Duration Trader will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with counterparties, and ensuring that the firm’s trading activities are in compliance with all applicable regulations.
