Junior Business Systems Analyst Jobs in Texas

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Determine client business requirements; lead requirement gathering sessions.

Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in writing and organizing QA test plans

Maintain functional specifications for interfaces and business rules.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Prior experience in a technology environment.

Communicates with leadership regarding the status and completion of business requirements, test cases, and test execution.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.

Provides daily system support and optimization for software applications, including builds, upgrades, and enhancements.

Works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and provides training to users based on new or revised functionalities.

Must be a U.S. citizen

An Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of Business Analysis for the DoD
