Follow established safety procedures according to OSHA standards and company procedures

Fabricate and/or repair dies for production, including performing required welding operations

Read blueprints to perform die repair/fabrication

Perform die repair, using mills, lathes and grinders as well as hand tools

Make in-press repairs of dies/tooling

Good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow complicated verbal and written instructions.

Demonstrated effective relationship building skills that instill trust through honesty, integrity and authenticity.

Experienced in tool and die work.

Set up and operate manual machines such as: lathes, grinders, mills.

Perform dismantling, fitting or assembly work required for tooling or production equipment.

A diverse background of manual Machining skills, Lathe and Milling Machine

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

3-5 years experience operating CNC machines, machining, or related experience.

Experience with setting up and operating common manual machine tools including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, bandsaws, and associated accessories.

Maintenance experience of stamping die tooling would be preferred.

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing equipment.

Design, fabricate and machine fixtures and dies.
