They are responsible for patrolling the campus, responding to emergency situations, and providing customer service. Detailed Job Description Johns Hopkins Security Officers are responsible for patrolling the campus and responding to emergency situations. They must be able to identify and respond to potential threats, and must be able to communicate effectively with the public. Security Officers must also be able to provide customer service to the Johns Hopkins community. They must be able to respond to inquiries, provide directions, and assist with any other needs. Security Officers must also be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Job Skills Required
