Training - Associate Training System, Management Training System, District Manager in Training, Career Development and more

At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer

Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form

Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Jeweler Certification classes to develop and enhance your bench skills

Customer Service minded with strong interpersonal skills

Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required

Met all expectations (Akron-based Team Members) or Achieved Requirements (Dallas-based Team Members) on last Performance Appraisal

Required to attend annual Managers’ Leadership Conference.
