Overview An IRC Operations Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and operational analysis for IRC networks and services. They are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of IRC networks and services, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise. They must also be able to identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve the performance of IRC networks and services.
