Responds to and assists in mitigating emergencies as required.
Maintains quality control standards for performance, reliability, serviceability, and safety for international terminal and ramp operations.
Completes daily on-duty shift reports for submittal to the Executive Director, airlines, and airport community.

The Duty Manager is also responsible for scheduling staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
