Supports SA/VP in submission of Indications of Interest, as directed, and attends Management Presentations, as assigned.

Supports the portfolio company management team’s banking relationship to ensure good communication

2+ years in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory or management consulting

Strong organizational skills and able to manage to a deadline

Extensive knowledge of financial and operating models and related Microsoft Office software

Prior sell-side or buy-side transaction execution experience
