The Investment Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Investment team. This includes providing administrative assistance to the Investment team, managing the investment portfolio, and providing customer service to clients. The Investment Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the investment portfolio, including tracking investments, monitoring performance, and making recommendations for changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Investment team.
• Assist with the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Provide customer service to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other documents.
• Assist with the preparation of investment reports and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings.
• Assist with the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of investment research.
• Assist with the preparation of investment strategies.
