A minimum of one year work experience in a professional, industry, or manufacturing setting

A minimum of one year work experience in international business and/or logistics or a freight forwarding environment

Experience with ERPs and TMs systems

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Ensure all shipments are processed in accordance with TSA regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent

Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail

Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting

Assist in drafting client emails

Conduct research on destinations, culinary options, and activities

Coordinate with suppliers to arrange personalized travel accommodations

Maintain up-to-date client travel documents and invoices

Computer proficiency with knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc). Experience with macros and basic programming a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Communicate and follow-up with Distributors regularly to collect sales/inventory data and ensure accuracy of information.

Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly and seasonal sales and inventory data to identify opportunities and risks by gender/division/department/style.

Communicate all relevant analysis, suggestions, and buy strategies to Merchandisers and Distributors in a timely manner.

Develop and implement reports to analyze key items and categories.

Partner with JV (China and HK) focusing intensely on data integrity (sales, inventory, AUR, discount %, etc) for each business channel

Analyze booking reports to identify opportunity and make projections at the divisional level per channel

Provides constructive analysis of monthly/quarterly recaps at the business channel level by country

Partner with Merchandisers and JV team (China and HK) to communicate quarterly recaps, inventory levels, and OTB

Take initiative to hold conference calls with the JV team (China and HK) on a monthly/quarterly basis or as needed

Participates in the Safety Management System

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Knowledge in research and development of operating policies and procedures

Ensuring aircraft, crew and passengers have all necessary equipment, documents, visas and any other entry requirements by concerned states/regions

Ensures that all airports and routes are operationally suitable and meet company requirements

Advises Senior International Planner, ops/flight control manager, charter department, flight crew of international flight operations restrictions
