Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four or more years of related experience

Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to tell stories with data

Experience in driving complex projects with competing priorities

Internal or external consulting experience is a bonus

Expertise in PowerPoint and skilled in Excel and Word

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Experienced and comfortable with weekly regional travel.

Leadership experience from operations/manufacturing shopfloor.
