Targeted Compensation: $16.50-$18.00/hour based on experience.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education

Proficiency in HR management and ATS software, such as Ceridian Dayforce, PayCom

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to manage our company’s full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, advertising job openings, and monitoring application status

Research salary trends, determine employee wages, establish qualification criteria, and draft job descriptions for different positions

Strong budgeting and cash flow management skills

3+ years General Ledger and Accounting experience including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll

Working knowledge of QuickBooks and other software such as Zenefits and Bill.com

Experience with financial statement preparation, payroll preparation, worker’s compensation audit, wage garnishments, and business property tax statements

Experience with retirement plans including annual 401k census and 401k reporting reconciliation

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications, make hiring decisions, and extend job offers.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the internal leadership team.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidate suitability.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
