Internal Audit Services Manager Jobs in Arizona

Public accounting experience within the past five years

Experience working in the Not-for-Profit industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required

BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting

Assist with wrap-up and review after audit fieldwork to include finalizing work papers and checklists, primarily on NFP audits

8+ years of project management experience and/or Project Controls experience

Provide project management and audit input on project management concepts, such as

Experience of working in project delivery

Be a team member or Team Lead on audits and assessments

Report results to SBG and SBU leadership, and to Sr Executives of respective SBG/SGU

Bid and proposal, planning, execution, and close-out

Solid performance management by setting clear performance expectations that aligns with individual capabilities/development areas to drive increased results.

Working with and influencing IT Senior Management to mitigate risks identified.

Developing and providing training for Auditors to develop their technical skills.

Willing to define effective audit plans and effectively coach experienced IT auditors.

Working knowledge of analytics development life cycle.

BA with 10+ years of professional experience, including prior internal audit or Big 4 experience.
