Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in project management

Advanced knowledge of Gantt Charts, Asana, and similar project management tools

Track and manage scope, assess impact and risks to project delivery

Ensure completion of user, quality and compliance testing to meet project validation requirements

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of pertinent manufacturing processes required for plastics, metals, glass, and fabric materials

Demonstrate strong strategic thinking skills, as well as exceptionally strong communication skills

Lead a team in developing new capabilities to make enterprise and industry customers successful.

Identify market opportunities through partner interviews and develop a product roadmap working cross-functionally.

Align stakeholders, communicate roadmap, convince peers, coordinate dependencies and remove obstacles for your team along the way.

Experience working with product managers & business stakeholders to prioritize a backlog and refine user stories

Experience working with delivery managers & software engineers to groom, test, & release product enhancements & bug fixes to production

oExperience with Jira or similar tool

oExperience performing user acceptance testing

3-5 years of technology product and/or project management. Experience with managing large-scale and enterprise-wide projects.

Knowledge of Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Assists with full P&L responsibility, which includes product growth and profitability through inventory management, customer experience, and product life cycle management.

Creates communication and training plans/documents for usage by store management and operations

As required, lead product management and marketing communications for Executive Leadership, Sales, Operations, and other teams.

Must be a well-seasoned business professional with strategic vision and customer-focused orientation, judgment skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
