Overview Interior Design Junior Designers are responsible for creating interior design concepts and plans for residential and commercial spaces. They work with clients to develop design plans that meet their needs and preferences, and then create detailed drawings and specifications for the construction of the space. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients and other professionals involved in the project, such as architects, contractors, and suppliers. They must also be able to work within a budget and timeline to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
• Professional certification in interior design
• 2-3 years of experience in interior design
• Portfolio of completed projects
