3-5 years of retail operations, retail experience and understanding of the retail environment.

Lead assigned projects; leadership may include providing direct support on various tasks associated with the project.

Assure objectives of the project are successfully completed through effective collaboration with internal, cross-, and external partners.

1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience) •

Operationally plans and organizes both short-term and long-term, with the guidance of the Store Manager.

Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills •

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operational aspects of their store department

Actively recruits in the community and supports opportunities for teammates to give back to their community.

Holds team accountable for meeting operational guidelines, brand standards, customer service expectations and company policies.

4+ years’ experience in a project management or merchandising function

Strong ability in excel, powerpoint and/ or project management tools

The ability to effectively communicate and interact with management

Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on time and on target.

Identify project risks and critical paths and manage mitigation process with project team and stakeholders.

Continuously keep the project team and leadership informed as to the projects purpose, background, scope, requirements, and important issues.
