Intensive Care Nurses are responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients in ICUs. They must be able to assess the patient’s condition and provide treatments and medications as needed. They must also be able to communicate effectively with the patient’s family and other healthcare professionals. ICNs must be able to recognize changes in the patient’s condition and respond quickly and appropriately. They must also be able to provide emotional support to the patient and their family.
