1 year of administrative office experience for Level I, 3-5 years of leave management background for Level IV

Manage, track, and determine eligibility for job protected leaves

Act as a resource to clients and staff regarding leave requirements and regulations

3-5 years of FMLA experience

Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, and PDL regulations

This is a remote position.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management

• Deep knowledge of all materials- related processes for supply chain management, inventory and materials management

• Experienced with ERP Systems data analysis, KPI management of metrics and associated corrective action planning

• Experience in the S&OP process for an organization

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
