Minimum of 15 years of Operations, Engineering, real estate, facilities, Business, or project management experience is required.

10+ years of People Management Experience

Management and measurement of G&O execution

Deep knowledge of real estate, facilities, and engineering capabilities

University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience

Lead user research initiatives, from planning to execution, to inform product strategy and design decisions.

- Define user research participant screening criteria and work with cross-functional teams to recruit participants.

- Analyze data, draw insights, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner.

- Organize research insights and connect the dots to inform product and design decisions.
