Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Conduct tactical analysis of information streams to detect potential indications of insider threats for referral to appropriate investigators.

Develop and execute effective and efficient workflows to review the information for leads.

Conduct statistical analysis of alerts to identify patterns and develop mitigation strategies.

Prepare and deliver briefings to stakeholders about insider events and trends.

4-6 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation Claims Management

·Superior influencing and negotiation skills

·Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up and interpersonal skill

·Advanced professional level business writing, grammar and oral communications skills

·Must be well organized in order to manage time, solve problems, grasp concepts and processes,

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of professional experience

5+ years of marketing, agency, program management, strategy and/or loyalty experience

Proficient in building and managing financial forecasts, along with complex budgets via Excel; familiar with P&L management & metrics

Own newly launched program initiatives including gamification, partnership strategy, Sephora @ Kohl’s, Sephoria, and tier benefits enhancements.
