Insa Cannabis Production Associate Jobs in Massachusetts

At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required

Kitchen experience, landscaping, or experience in other fast-paced, physically demanding work environments preferred

Completes regular plant maintenance including bottoming, thinning, topping, and spacing

Completes transplanting (up-potting) to larger containers using proper techniques as dictated by SOPs

Completes proper waste disposal, including weighing and recording of waste in state electronic recordkeeping system

Completes thinning and hanging of harvested plants

Experience working in a production environment required

Attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities, including but not limited to

Performs manual trim functions such as trimming cured flower from stems, weighing and

Performs manual packaging functions including filling distillate reservoirs, tincture

Operates flower packaging machine including drop weighing and feeding packages and

Utilizes grading system to determine designation for sale as flower or for concentrates

Experience working in a production environment required
