Job Description of an Injection Molding Machine Operator An Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of injection molding machines to produce plastic parts. The Operator must be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and adjust molds, and troubleshoot machine problems.
