Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst Jobs in Ohio

2+ years pharmacy or pharmaceutical distribution experience

Any experience as Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT. strongly preferred

Any analytics or transaction monitoring background or education

Execute internal SOM policies and procedures and ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards

Assist in activities related to the implementation, maintenance, support, design, and feedback of Suspicious Order Monitoring program

Analyze and monitor pharmacy transactional activity for trends and exceptions that may indicate potential diversion or fraudulent activity

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Assist with other projects and tasks when assigned to do so by Manager

Assist in the maintenance of program documentation as directed by Sr. Analysts and Manager

Regularly communicate with client(s), in coordination with Manager, via email, phone, or video conference as needed

Experience with large data sets (Excel and Google Sheets)

Problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make sound independent decisions

Performance management experience preferred, including the ability to provide balanced feedback, navigate difficult conversations, and collaborate with others.

Familiarity with customer contact support systems, customer management systems, restaurant systems (i.e., Point-of-Sales systems), IT systems, etc., preferred.

Create reports for support center managers to provide additional coaching, as needed.

Contribute to the monthly impact summary report for support center managers, summarizing ticket quality analysis, and identifying situations to improve service.

Review knowledge resources to provide feedback to technical writers.

1 – 3 years’ experience as a trainer, coach, or training facilitator, preferably in a call center environment.
