They are responsible for ensuring that these systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any technical issues that arise. They must also be able to provide technical support and training to users. Detailed Job Description Information Technology Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining computer systems and networks. They must be able to analyze user requirements and design systems that meet those needs. They must be able to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any technical issues that arise. They must be able to provide technical support and training to users. They must also be able to develop and implement security measures to protect the system from unauthorized access. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
