Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of Java development experience

Open systems development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Springboot, Spring JPA, Rest, Json, Junit

Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Act as a Sr. Programmer Analyst with emphasis on Java

Work with additional open systems tech such as Kafka, MongoDB, Oracle DB, Spring Boot, etc.

10+ years of relevant AIM management consulting experience (MBA preferred)

Expertise in asset and engineering information management, asset management, and capital project execution within the industry

Comprehensive knowledge of the daily operations of asset information required for supporting process plant lifecycles

Proficiency in core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail

Outstanding critical thinking skills, driven by an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Proven experience in successfully managing complex IT projects, preferably in the realm of service management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Provide expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and niche topics to make informed decisions and drive project success.

Lead and manage the ongoing Service Catalog project, the largest initiative within our IT operations revamp.

Conduct customer journey mapping to optimize and improve the end-to-end service delivery experience.

Employ PMI methodologies and PMP credentials to effectively manage project scope, timeline, resources, and risks.

Proven experience in change management, Must have at least one large-scale Data Classification project or Corporate Information Security projects

Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable

Changement Strategy- Develop and Execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the implementation of the Microsoft Data Classification project

Training and Education- Assess training needs and develop a program for employees on data classification principles, processes and tools.

Lessons Learned and Best Practices- Leverage previous implementation experiences in organizations to identify lessons learned, best practices and potential pitfalls

Strong knowledge of Data Classification principles, tools, and best practices
