As required by job duties, maintains knowledge of current and upcoming mobile and desktop technology and applications, and implements as appropriate.

Supports the Network Telecom Systems Administrator and the Information Technology Manager in achieving the departmental and District-wide mission, goals, and values.

Administers, configures, troubleshoots, updates, and provides reports from the help desk software to departmental supervisors and managers.

High school graduate or equivalent is required. College education and/or degree in related field highly desired.

Strong supervisory and project management experience and skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Strong customer service skills as well as knowledge of customer engagement strategies, software and tools.

Apply administrative, financial, or information systems principles to various management problems.

Leading coordination among stakeholder departments and representing them as a functional project manager for major systems development and enhancements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience understanding and developing SQL queries in a Customer Information System (CIS)
