Incoming Quality Inspector Jobs in Texas

Experience in inventory management systems (EWM, SAP, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Previous facility or area start up experience.

Previous experience in GMP production and warehouse environments.

Practices safety behaviors with proper PPE and lifting techniques. Supports all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.

Documenting inspections in accordance with procedures and specifications.

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Elevate to management any noted process anomalies for corrective action.

Basic customer service experience and soft skills.

Monitor and manage the team work center queue to prevent delays of material to production.

Manage tool accountability and calibration.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing/operations.

Ensure usage of the existing non-conformance reporting system for efficient non-conformance management.

5-7 years’ Experience in Quality-related position in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with multi meters, calipers, micrometers, thread gages, pin gages, and optical comparator.

Previous work experience in an ISO 9001 certified company.

Experience in Switchboard products in similar industries.

Have knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years of related work experience in the same role.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Good written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Certification in quality control or related areas such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) can be beneficial.
