Overview An Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs. They analyze existing processes and systems, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Improvement Engineers must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Detailed Job Description An Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
