Immediate Opening Lube Tech Jobs in Ohio

Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil.

Replaces oil and air filters.

Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replaces or replenishes as necessary.

Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed.

Adds proper fluids to radiator and battery

At least 4 years of people management experience with at least 3 years of managing through layers within an organization

Knowledge of the K-12 education landscape, especially with charters (community schools) highly preferred

K-12 education experience highly preferred

Skill in critical-thinking and problem-solving, along with the ability to coach and develop these in others

Skill in organization, prioritization, follow through, and attention to detail

Skill in building strong relationships and mutually beneficial business partnerships through trust, empathy, and credibility

Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
