Identification Technician Jobs

Good knowledge of the justice system; knowledge of basic office procedures

Greets general public in person and over the phone

Obtains personal information from defendants for records section

Checks Criminal Justice Information System for warrants on defendants being processed

Books and releases defendants on Criminal Justice Information System to recall warrant and generate bond number

Researches indictment lists for defendants qualified for processing

Must have basic office skills - computer, copier, etc.

Previous customer service experience and the ability to professionally deal with difficult people at times.
