Overview The ICQA Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an ICQA (Inventory Control Quality Assurance) project. The ICQA Project Supervisor will ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, while also ensuring that all quality standards are met. Detailed Job Description

The ICQA Project Supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing ICQA project plans, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the ICQA project, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation
• Ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the project
• Ensuring that all quality standards are met
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Providing training and guidance to team members
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of ICQA processes and procedures
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in ICQA project management
• Certified Quality Assurance Professional (CQAP) certification preferred

• Knowledge of ICQA processes and procedures

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices

• At least 3 years of experience in ICQA project management
