Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to closing deals

Manage projects related to valve, fluid control, and high-pressure systems, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. (An MBA, PMP or other advanced education is preferred)

5+ years of business development experience for industrial hydrogen

Strong knowledge of hydrogen applications in industrial engineering

Excellent knowledge of technical theory, engineering principles, good engineering practices and how to apply them for design execution.

Experience in all areas listed in the summary and responsibility section.

Level One - minimum 8 years relevant EPC design experience.

Level Two – minimum 12 years relevant EPC design experience.

Relevant industrial experience in multiple types of facilities such as

Executes process systems major deliverables according to a set engineering design criteria utilizing approved engineering procedures and practices.

10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, business planning, management or corporate strategy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills

10+ years’ experience working with hydrogen production, oil & gas or energy sector

Significant experience in customer-facing activities and professional services preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required including public speaking and/or platform skills for executive management presentations.

Work with internal construction management team on contractor selection process.

Coordinate with construction management team on securing ministerial permits.

Handoff projects once fully developed and permitted to the construction management team.

Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering, project/construction management or equivalent.

Lead and manage all aspects of project development from origination through to construction commencement.

5-7 years working experience in policy advocacy, policy design or a related technical field

Experience with a technical subject matter and understanding of the dynamics of economy-wide deep decarbonization are required

Strong strategic skills relevant to policy, advocacy, and project development

Experience managing complex projects involving many moving parts and teams

Demonstrated ability to work with and manage consultants, fellows and/or interns on discrete projects

Persuasive verbal and written communication skills

4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Perform engineering analyses and design under the direct supervision of experienced and licensed professional engineers

Evaluate and apply applicable design code requirements

Relevant experience in Ammonia (NH3) production plants

Preferred minimum six (6) years of experience

Experience in renewables: Hydrogen, RNG, Biogas, Gasification, Carbon Capture

Experience: 2-5 years in hydrogen production or related field design and project management

Leads and facilitates the day-to-day management of projects to ensure timely completion as well as cost effective and competitive results

Provides timely written and oral communication of project issues and progress to Engineering and Construction management

Uses analytical abilities and rigorous thinking to work cross-functionally, determine highest priority actions and tenaciously drive projects forward

Ensures compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements

Fosters relationships with internal customers, external customers and third parties and grows company’s knowledge of new technologies and markets
