Hybrid Medical Librarian Jobs

Facilitate effective communication with relevant parties to adjust scheduling as needed for patient and physician requirements.

Approximately five years of clerical experience in a healthcare setting.

Experience in orientation and training.

Knowledge of computer and telephone support, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork for scheduling on a daily basis.

Working closely with Content, Production, and Account Management teams

Strong knowledge of AMA style

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; good organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 2 to 5 years editing and proofreading medically related materials

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Work from home 4 days a week

Assist with general finance duties such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll review

2-5 years of medical billing experience
