Hvac Sales Manager Jobs in Maine

Previous experience in customer-facing sales

Guides our residential customers in their home, with HVAC replacement options while being an expert in the Lennox brand

Runs calls from 9 am- 6 pm to meet our customers’ needs

Sells minimum of 1.7 Million per year and has a 50% close rate

Has a drive and passion for sales along with the integrity to treat our customer with 5-star service

Must be able to show a previous high level closing rate

Basic computer skills (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD)

Minimum 3 years Sales and Knowledge in HVAC

Previous experience in these software systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD)

50+ year old family owned business with excellent reputation

Generous compensation package: Base of $50K plus Commission/Bonuses; Expected total pay range - $75-$150k+

Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)
