Hvac Sales Associate Jobs

Previous sales or engineering experiences through co-ops, internships, part-time or full-time jobs (preferred)

Competitive salary starting at $68,000 - $72,000 and commission/ bonus plan!

Paid vacation/holidays/sick time – 15 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays

Previous experience in customer-facing sales

Guides our residential customers in their home, with HVAC replacement options while being an expert in the Lennox brand

Runs calls from 9 am- 6 pm to meet our customers’ needs

Sells minimum of 1.7 Million per year and has a 50% close rate

Has a drive and passion for sales along with the integrity to treat our customer with 5-star service

Must be able to show a previous high level closing rate

HVAC trade experience a plus

Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence

Presents HVAC system replacement options

Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices

Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor

Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
